Write Up:
A small team was assembled to create a new brand identity for the Organizational Development Office. I was tasked to come up with a unique logo that incorporated all units of the office and visually cement our offices brand identity and convey our mission and values. I also create an animated logo bumper to be used in any videos created by our office.
We also established Team Norms and Expectations which would guide us on how to communicate and collaborate as an office. I suggested we include our signatures/initials as a fun touch to show our commitment as team members to uphold office culture.
