Write Up:
The entire department was tasked with defining a culture for how we operate as employees. We came up with TRREC (Trust, Relationships, Empowerment and Communication). By meeting the values outlined in TRREC we would be a better department. We then had to come up with initiatives ad activities that aided us in driving said culture and had a workshop where each district displayed the progress they made towards those goals.
I created graphics that displayed how we defined our culture and graphics for the workshop.
