Write Up: The Process & Quality Improvement Office under FDOT wanted to create a training that introduced the concept of performance measurement and show how developing performance measures and strategic planning help FDOT reach its goals and objective. I was creative lead in developing the look of this training and completed marketing graphics for the roll out.
This CBT included interactive assessments as well as video. The interactive elements include multiple choice questions and answers as well as definition hints for the user. I integrated audio (done by multiple people in-house) into each slide, included closed captioning on content slides as well as video slides, graphics and handled the delivery and implementation onto FDOT’s external website and LMS. Resources as well as an alternate transcript for the training was provided. The CBT was checked and met 508 Compliance.
