The Office of Environmental Management under FDOT wanted to provide an overview of State, Local, or Privately Funded Project Delivery. This CBT is part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), for their Environmental Training Academy. This course is part of a suite of introductory courses on NEPA, some of which I also developed. Since I was creative lead for this CBT, I created the look and feel. I integrated audio into each slide, included closed-captioning, graphics, and handled the delivery and implementation onto FDOT’s external website and LMS. Resources as well as an alternate transcript for the training was provided. The CBT was checked and met 508 Compliance.
While we sometimes use video on the Splash Screen (Welcome slide) I instead created a custom animation using stock vector images licensed from Dreamstime. The music used on the Splash Screen (Welcome slide) was licensed from DigitalJuice.
